He is founder and Attorney General of Parametrica Pension Fund. In 1988 he achieved the degree in Economics at the University of Parma.  Since 1992 he is registered to the order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Parma and since 1995 to the order of Statutory Auditors held at the Ministry of Economy and Finance - State General Accounting and to the register of the Technical Consultants of the Court of Parma.

Expert in accounting, social security and tax matters, he is the Statutory Auditor of numerous industrial and commercial companies also listed and pension funds of national importance.  He is rapporteur in conventions, lecturer in training courses and master (postgraduate), as well as professor of accounting and taxation of pension and health funds in the Master in Social Security and Welfare (MAPA) of the University Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza and Mefop.
